A Christmas elf in a few minutes

Created12/10/2018

Christmas is approaching at an incredible speed and in exactly 14 days Santa will give us the gifts we wrote about. Every little Jesus needs help, and we will make one such helper together.

An elf with a red cap, a long beard, which does not have to be made of white hair, but old wool will do. Let's go to the elf together so that he can help Jesus as soon as possible.

For sprites we will need:

red cotton fabric

Christmas cotton fabric

wave

batting filling

textile marker

Method

  • cut out two triangles from the Christmas cotton fabric and sew them together along the long sides

  • fill the resulting triangle with Atelin crumbs

  • we will sew two hollows from red cotton , which we will turn towards the cheek and we will have legs

  • insert the feet into the unsewn edge of the resulting triangle and sew the bottom edge

  • we will need two triangles for the cap, which we will sew along the long side and turn the bottom edge

  • we can embroider the sprite's face with black thread or draw it with a marker

  • we create a beard from wool, which we zigzag across the entire fabric

  • we can attach a few stitches to the elf's cap so that it doesn't fall off

The elf is ready and don't forget to display it in a visible place so that Santa doesn't miss it.
