Plaid fabric with embroidery is one of the biggest trends for this year. We won't lie to ourselves, but we subconsciously avoid squares when sewing. We don't want to fit with the i- cubes , which are supposed to follow each other, but if we overcome the initial embarrassment, we will be rewarded with an unsightly model that we won't take off.

Let's put aside the initial embarrassment together and let's start with a two-piece skirt decorated with buttons in checked embroidered fabric with birds.

What will we need:

How to sew a skirt:

• we will extract a cut from the editorial supplement of the MyImage magazine

• place the cut on the fabric and pay attention to connecting the pattern!!!

• 

• glue the side edge with the button fastening, which we sew together and can decoratively stitch

• we fold the parts of the skirt face to face and sew the side seam, which we clean and iron into the back part of the skirt

• in the next step, we will prepare a strip that we will stick with adhesive

• put the prepared belt facing the back of the skirt and sew it one centimeter

• iron the seam of the belt, sew the edges of the belt at the side seam of the skirt

• turn the belt inside out and sew decoratively

• we clean and base the lower edge of the skirt and sew decoratively

• sew holes and sew buttons on the front part and the band

• iron the entire skirt and we are done

The checkered skirt is in the world, and next time we won't have to worry about this fabric anymore and maybe start with a more complicated jacket, coat, or pants.
