Easter decorations

Created3/19/2015

This year, Easter falls on April 6, which is fast approaching (in 18 days). And what would Easter be without hatched chicks, cute bunnies and round hens?

Imaginative and cheerful decorations playing with spring colors are simply an inherent part of this popular holiday. Awakening nature full of energy after a long winter will give us a lot of strength and what better way to use it than to improve our home. :)

We bring you simple photo inspirations and instructions for Easter decorations made of fabrics that you can hang in windows, on doors, place on a table or shelf, and give carolers with them.

1) Stick Easter and spring into the flower pots

This simple but very pleasant decoration will serve you all spring. And all you need are skewers and small pieces of fabric, preferably in spring colors and different types of patterns ( cubes , stripes , polka dots ,...). After that, you just need to sketch any simplified flower (for example a tulip or if you want to have a purely Easter decoration, make an egg), trace it onto the fabric and sew! And there is a beautiful decoration for every flowerpot.

2) Chicks, bunnies and hens on stage please!

Spring celebrations inevitably include baby animals and animals themselves. The most popular and easiest for decorative purposes are mainly hens, chicks and rabbits. There are many inspirations for creating the ideal decoration, choose for yourself which one will please you the most :)

3) And finally, an Easter blanket for each nest

People probably notice the decorations on the doors and immediately after on the table. An ideal and fresh form for an Easter blanket is patchwork . It's up to you what kind of ornament you create, it can be eggs, bunnies or just spring floral and colorful fabrics sewn together, which will immediately enliven not only the table, but the entire room. If patchwork seems too complicated to you, don't despair, a simple red, green or yellow cube or polka dot looks almost as nice, or use original fabrics on terrymoda.cz, which already look like patchwork and are absolutely amazing!
