Colorful carnivals and masquerade balls include fun and a cheerful mood. At first glance, it may seem that this entertainment is only for small children, but appearances are deceiving. On the contrary, at other times we adults can dress up as our favorite comic book character, a singing star, a captain of big ships, a pirate, or a knight who goes to save a princess cursed in a tower.

From the beginning, it is good to think carefully about the cut of the carnival costume we will choose for this year. There are several variants to choose from and we went for a forest fairy strewn with blooming flowers.

The true fairy dress is light as a breeze and the number one choice has become flowing, soft chiffon in light blue 3969/002 and purple 3969/042 . Real fairies dance on blooming meadows, but a blooming meadow in the winter months can easily be replaced with pink flowers sewn on delicate pink tulle 4639/011 .

1. cut out flowers from soft tulle
