How to shop - everything about shopping
We are experts in the goods we sell. High specialization allows us to provide expert advice to the customer in case of any problem with the purchase or with the selected goods.
You can choose goods by viewing the catalog (select a category or subcategory in the left menu) or search (write the name of the product you are looking for, its description, etc.) which is located at the top left. You can always use Detailed search if you are already clear about the product parameters (e.g. weight size color etc).
It is also possible to select goods with the help of our employees who are happy to advise via e-mail.
Basket
If you decide to buy the product, just press the image to basket (add to basket) in the list of goods or in the details of the goods. You will be automatically redirected to the shopping cart page (page you can always access the basket by pressing basket (add to basket) in the upper right corner screen).
You can also empty the goods from the basket or you can enter a higher number of purchased items by clicking on continue shopping.
If you decide to buy the goods, click on Continue with the order and you will be redirected to the choice of delivery data.
Payment and Shipping
Please choose a payment and shipping method and mark the selected method.
Transportation of goods is provided by contractual carriers (Czech Post, PPL, and Zásilkovna) and sending the goods are charged according to the tariffs of the selected carrier. Goods that are in stock paid by online payment we ship within 2 working days and goods paid by bank transfer are sent on the following working day after its payment to the seller's account number.

- payment in advance to the account – documents for payment are sent to the specified e-mail and after upon its payment, the goods are sent the next working day
- online payment - after completing the order, you are redirected to a secure payment system gateway with the option of choosing a payment card (MasterCard, Visa, Maesro and DinersClub International)
After completing the order
A summary with information about the dispatch of your order will be sent to the e-mail indicated in the order. If all shipped goods are in stock, your order will be processed within 2 working days. If selected the goods are not in stock, the delivery date will be agreed with you by our operator.
We send the tax document in the shipment together with the goods.
Delivery time
- goods sent on cash on delivery are dispatched within 2 working days to the selected address, if the goods do not have other delivery time indicated
- goods paid for by bank transfer are shipped the next working day after payment to the number of the seller's account
- goods paid for via online payment are dispatched within 2 working days and the chosen address, unless a different delivery period is specified for the goods
- goods with the possibility of personal collection at delivery points are sent after payment every Tuesday and Thursday. Option information collection is sent to the e-mail specified in the order. (If there is a problem with the payment or you want to modify the order it, her expedition may be extended)

You can also register on our website to make it easier for you purchase. Your data will be automatically displayed with each subsequent order.
Protection of personal data
Information about customers is kept in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular with the Act on personal data protection No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended by later amendments and regulations.
We use all data obtained from customers exclusively for the company's internal needs and do not provide them to third parties. The exception is external carriers to whom personal data of customers is transferred in to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of the goods. Without the express consent of customers we deal with personal data only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act and especially in § 5 paragraph 2 letter b) and in § 5 paragraph 6.
